Indian Head massage - £30
This is a treatment that focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders.
Originating from an Indian alternative medicine system called Ayurveda, (translated as the ‘science of life’), it is understood that Indian head massage can not only reduce headaches and improve physical wellbeing, but it can also improve mental and emotional wellness too.
This is a 30 minute treatment which will focus on your head and neck. Add on a Nourishing Hair Treatment for only £5.
The use of oil is optional, we can discuss this in your consultation.
Add a nourishing hair treatment to your Indian Head Massage.
Made with a slow infusion of 11 Ayurvedic herbs, this intense Hair Repair Elixir is a truly raw, organic food for your hair.
Tulsi, He Shou Wu, Saw Palmetto Berry rejuvenates hair follicles & strengthens the roots. Horsetail promotes healthy hair based on its high silica content. Burdock root stimulates hair growth, has an anti-inflammatory effect & fights dandruff. Amla reduces premature pigment loss from hair. Neem conditions hair, soothes frizz and minimizes grey hair. Nettle makes your hair shinier.
Holistic massage - £30/£50
A holistic approach means going beyond a routine massage and treats the person as a whole; body, mind and spirit. In this treatment I will be listening and responding to your body’s needs.
Choose either 30 minutes, which will focus on your back, neck and shoulders, or 60 minutes which will be a full body massage that also includes your arms, legs and abdomen.
You can also combine with the Indian Head massage.
Pregnancy massage - £30/£50
Taking care of your wellbeing during your pregnancy will have huge benefits for you & your baby.
Your body is going through an amazing but demanding time & regular massage can relieve aching muscles, help balance hormones & alleviate fluid retention. It can also give you some precious ‘me time’ to relax & bond with your growing baby.
Available as either a 30 or 60 minute treatment (you will need to be past your first trimester & have your GP’s consent in order to have this treatment).
